When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Orders take 1-2 business days to be fulfilled and 3-5 business days to deliver. If it has been over 7 business days since you placed your order and you still haven't received it, please email us .com
Where does the product ship from?
All of our products are shipped from out warehouse in Doral, Florida!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hel@ss.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
